Named after the majestic "Abe Terara" mountain in Ethiopia's coffee-growing region, we honor the tradition and craftsmanship that goes into every bean. Our master roasters have perfected the art of highlighting the unique flavor profiles of Ethiopian coffee varieties.
We work directly with over 120 smallholder farms across Ethiopia, ensuring fair prices for growers and traceability from farm to cup. Each batch is roasted in small quantities to preserve the distinct characteristics of its origin.

Every bean is carefully roasted to highlight its unique origin characteristics
Our roasting philosophy balances tradition with precision. We use state-of-the-art Probat roasters to ensure consistent heat application, allowing each bean variety to develop its optimal flavor profile.
Light roasts preserve the delicate floral and fruity notes of Ethiopian beans, while medium roasts bring out balanced sweetness and body. Our small-batch approach ensures every roast meets our exacting standards.
